• Rates are based on 2 adults per room
• Most units sleep 4 people*
• * $15 charge for additional adults

• Minimum 5 night stay in rooms with Kitchen / Kitchenette

• One parking space provided per room
• Bicycles are not permitted in rooms, please supply your own locks
• Barbeques are for the use of guests with kitchen facilities
• Quiet time and no visitors after 11:00pm

Policies

• Notice of 45 days prior to check is required for all cancellations.
• A $25 administration fee is charged for all cancellations or changes to reservations once confirmation has been made.
• Reservations terminated with in the 45 days prior to check-in will be charged in full.

No refund for early check-out.
